These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Kibo Homes and Apartments Ltd website and the booking of accommodation at our properties.
By using this website or making a reservation, you agree to comply with the following terms.
1. Company Information
Kibo Homes and Apartments Ltd operates luxury homes and apartments in Arusha and Moshi, Tanzania.
2. Reservations
Reservations may be made through:
Direct enquiries via email or telephone
Bookings made through third-party platforms are subject to the terms and policies of those platforms.
3. Payments
Payment for accommodation may be made using the following methods:
Cash
Mobile money
Bank transfer
Credit card
A deposit of 50% of the total booking amount may be required to confirm a reservation.
4. Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival may incur a charge equivalent to one night’s stay.
5. Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in time: 2:00 PM
Check-out time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
6. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to respect the property, other residents, and surrounding community. The following rules apply to all guests:
No parties or events are permitted without prior approval
Noise levels must be kept to a minimum
Smoking is not permitted inside any villa or apartment
Illegal activities, including the use of prohibited substances, are strictly forbidden
Pets are not permitted on the property
Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional charges, penalties, or termination of the stay.
7. Damages and Security
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.
Broken or lost keys may incur replacement fees.
Costs for damages exceeding any security deposit must be paid by the guest.
8. Occupancy Limits
Maximum occupancy limits apply to each property:
Villas (3-bedroom homes):
Maximum 5 adults and 2 children under 6 years old.
Apartments:
Two-bedroom apartments: maximum 4 guests and 2 children under 6 years old.
One-bedroom apartments: maximum 2 guests and 1 child under 6 years old.
9. Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings during their stay.
Lost items found on the property will be stored for up to one month from the date of discovery. After this period, unclaimed items may be discarded.
10. Liability
Kibo Homes and Apartments Ltd is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during a guest’s stay.
Guests are advised to use provided safes for valuables.
11. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or terminate a stay if guests violate house rules, cause disturbances, or engage in illegal activities.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
